PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Coaching, counseling & mentoring skills are essential skills which supervisors and mangers must develop in order for them to play an effective role in guiding the employees through performance issues and problem-solving. These skills if utilized effectively will lead to improved work performance and job enhancement.
This program is aimed to provide the participants an insight of coaching functions and the basic skills of counseling and becoming a mentor to their subordinates, besides building up their ability in terms of handling disciplinary situations in a more effective manner.
